How to Describe Your Experience:
To help us document your report accurately, please include as much detail as possible:
- When & Where: The date, time, and specific location or county.
- The Details: What did you see, hear, or smell?
- The Context: What were you doing at the time, and was anyone else with you?
- Observations: Include anything you felt was unusual, even if it seems small or unimportant.
